Introducing Vimeo

I have recently discovered Vimeo through Mozilla.org. From the little bit I’ve started using it, it does seem to be much better than Youtube.
Just the fact that you can download the original file.

Here’s the most recent video I’ve made reposted on Vimeo. You can see it in Youtube on the previous post and as you’ll notice the quality is a lot better on Vimeo versus Youtube.

Battle of the Mind

The battle of the mind. Perhaps one of if not the most important battles an individual person can ever pursue.

The mind controls every aspect of our body. What’s in our mind controls our actions. Our ability to succeed. What our mind contains affects whether or not a sickness prevails, or health prevails.

What we are thinking controls levels of pain, emotion, and strength.

To who will we give this great and awesome power? The power to control our mind, and thus your entire aspect?

There’s no way in the world it’s going to be yourself folks.
